Smashing avocado with Sangak flatbread

Ingredients:

  • Pureté Sangak flatbreads
  • Avocado (2)
  • Feta cheese – 50g
  • radishes – a handful
  • Lemon (1)

Mash the avocados until creamy. Crumble the feta cheese into the avocado mix. Wash and slice the radishes. Spread the avocado mix over the lightly toasted flatbreads and scatter the radish slices over the top. Squeeze the lemon and enjoy!
